03.Transit & Carrier Liability
HANDOVER PROTOCOLOnce your package is handed over to the shipping provider, they assume full responsibility for its transit and safe delivery. VSN VOGUE does not have access to backend carrier logistics.
CARRIER ACTION STEP: If you experience transit delays, misdeliveries, or require address rerouting, you must contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
